Gaolin strictly follows the ISO9001 international quality system and other industry standards for production. We retest the chemical composition of billets by analyzing each heat. The physical properties of the finished tubes are tested by each lot in accordance with the relevant specifications.

Gaolin owns advanced flaw detection equipment such as eddy current testing machine, ultrasonic test machine, hydraulic testing machine, endoscope, etc., which can detect the diameter from 6 mm to 508 mm. With the help of universal testing machine (tensile test, flaring test, flattening test), hardness tester, metallographic analyzer, direct-reading spectrometer, PMI machine and other testing equipment, the tubes quality output can be completely guaranteed. 

Gaolin has more than 200 employees, including more than 30 engineers. Thanks to their years’ contribution, we have received ISO, PED, ASME, ABS marine, DNV marine and TS certificates.
